High Performance Program

Introduction

High performance programs at Coaching Beyond are monitored by our Master Coaches. The programs are available for a minimum duration of 2 weeks and are tailor made to suit every cricketer. We are committed to helping cricketers at all levels reach their full potential and excel in the game they are passionate about.

Program Highlights

  • Fitness assessments and a individualised strength and conditioning program.
  • Musculoskeletal screening and a rehab program.
  • Video analysis and a graded skill development program.
  • One-One sessions.
  • Group sessions.
  • Fielding sessions.
  • Match Simulations.
  • Mental Conditioning sessions.

This program includes two skill sessions, one Strength/Conditioning session per day.
