Coach Education – Beyond the Curriculum
The Master coaches and mentors will complement the structured learning of the accreditation courses with unstructured learning by employing a ‘hands-on’ practical experience of coaching. Learning experiences will be created as per the individual coach’s unique needs.
A Coaching Internship of 6-weeks duration is offered to Advanced-level coaches to practice approximately 300 hours of quality coaching experience.
Slow and deep learning will be encouraged to supplement crash courses.
Coaches may opt for a 12-month Coach Mentorship program beginning with a mandatory 6-week Internship followed by scaffolding and support for the next ten and a half months, including at least three coaching ‘audits’.
The master coaches will guide them as they perform in various coaching situations at the Recreational, Developmental and Performance coaching levels.
Coaches Study Group
Your membership to this forum allows for continued coaching education that will enable coaches at all levels to upgrade themselves through online content. The coaches are invited periodically to seminars, workshops, discussion forums, etc., at discounted rates.
